I see many, many Americans (and others) learning how to survive, thrive, and absolutely love life in this changing economy.
I see all of us regularly accessing our creativity, our intelligence, and our love and caring, in daily periods of meditation, prayer, or whatever works for you to tune into your Divine Guidance or Intuition.
I see all of us finding creative, compassionate, truly workable ways to help each other and ourselves.
There are people who know how and where to find free food, often in dumpsters, that is still relatively fresh and not spoiled or disgustingly rotten.  There are people who are Urban Gardeners, or are willing to learn how to grow their own food and healing herbs.  I think it’s a good idea to learn from somebody who truly loves to garden, and is a patient and willing, ready teach to the newbies.  Or else find a patch of dirt and grow something, and learn from experience, and perhaps a good gardening book, website, or informative garden store!
There are people who are willing to bicycle everywhere possible, use public transit, find creative ways to cut down use of gas and cars, carpool, or else center more of their lives around home, work and play and social wise.
There are the Shamans and the Dreamers, (code word “artist”) in our society, who know how to access the Invisible Realms and bring back art, literature, music, movies, creative ideas that benefit society or some segment thereof.  The grounding of your creative ideas begins the moment you start to set it down on paper, canvas, film, digital or analog recorder, or what-have-you.
The first draft of writing anything is “just to lay down track”.  The track has to be laid down before the train can run on it, or carry passengers from station to station.  Second and third drafts are for cleaning up grammar, spelling, punctuation-and of course, firming up things like plot, character, dialogue, and descriptions of scenes with the various five (or more) senses.  And then there’s the matter of searching for a publisher who is likely to want to publish your “piece”, drafting a good, brief query letter, and sending it off.  Almost like a ritual, well known to many published, paid, and professional writers.
I see a world where people can find imaginative ways to do all kinds of fun things without having to have a huge pile of money first!  Or working hard at a job they despise, just to get “security”.  Um, security is a state of mind.  The state of your wallet or bank account is linked to your state of mind, and your core beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, and if it’s possible for you to grow prosperous while doing stuff you love to do, and being honest, legal, and loving about it all.
I see a world where people are reinventing relationships of all kinds, including romance and intimate, committed partnerships involving sex (among many other things).  I see a growing trend of Ethical Polyamory, a lifestyle where committed couples allow outside sex partners, and everybody gets to negotiate agreements that keep everybody safe, happy, and healthy.  Not everybody agrees with this sort of relationship lifestyle, but you gotta admit, it’s coming out into the open, much like sex that involves somebody being tied up, spanked, or doing other erotic activities that strike some people as a bit bizarre or even weird-but loving every minute, and being safe, sane and consensual about it!
I see a world where everybody is becoming more honest with themselves and others, in gently loving ways.  Tough love where it’s needed.  An ability to “call them on their bulls***” without losing a good friendship or causing insult or hurt feelings.  (This works best among trusted friends or in strong 12-Step groups).
I see a world where everybody just knows when they’re being lied to, and tuning out those media outlets that still lie to us about Iraq, the economy, or whatever.
I think that the moment you are no longer willing to put up with being lied to or abused or treated poorly, that is the moment when your world shifts.
Good health is a decision.  The state of mind and spirit very much influence the body.  It makes a HUGE difference what sort of food and drink you put into your body regularly.  I can’t say enough about the importance of adequate, quality sleep and exercise.  Strong, loving community and deep friendships plus harmonious relationships with family and intimate beloveds, and the Earth and Sky, are just as vital to good health as “eating right”, exercising, and making yourself a happy, loving, useful, and friendly member of society.
I see a world where everybody’s dreams are supported.  Where everybody gets to do the kind of profession they TRULY desire, while accepting and working with the kind of job they’re stuck with for the moment!  I see a world where we are enough, we do enough, and we have enough.  I see a world where everybody who wants to, can afford to go to the college or other school of their choice, and have enough time, money, energy, and wisdom to afford, say, sufficient art supplies, books, paper, pens, food, etc.!
I see a world where everybody is willing to let go of excess.  Where all the problem drinkers finally find their way to Alcoholics Anonymous.  Where all those currently addicted to illegal drugs, toxic sex, too much shopping, junk food, or relationships with jerks or people who use you, all find their way to a 12-Step program that deals with that.
Why do I promote the 12 Steps so much?  They work!  They help me deal with life as it is now.  And help me build life as I wish it to be.

Below is the reprint of a very important article that caught my eye today.  I saw this in Lady Isis’ “Circle of Light” ezine.  May I, Linda, add that I believe it is this Net of Light that called me to move up to Mt. Shasta, and I believe it is this Net of Light that helps me encounter those people, events, and things that are mutually beneficial to all of us.

Please, I recommend that everybody who reads this, imagine a net of light, with all hearts as jewels shining where the threads intersect.  Cast threads to every continent:  Africa, the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, and everywhere else.  Many people have no religious tradition, do not pray or meditate, and are just Confused and Don’t Know What To Do.

I am convinced this can save lives.  I am convinced this can save people from committing suicide.  This may be the basis for World Wide Telepathy, or even Teleportation.  At any rate, this Net of Light is a great way for ALL who wish to find just the Friends, Money, Information, and Strength or Wisdom that they need.

You need not believe in God.  Your use of this Net of Light and your daily Meditation time will lead you to a much better life.  I believe this Net of Light can lead alcoholics to AA, drug addicts to recovery or Narcotics Anonymous, and can fulfill countless other functions as well.

My name is Linda Smith.  I wrote the above words.  I have a feeling my words, as well as the ones below, can lead MANY away from suicide, addiction, despair, and a sense of hopelessness, and to true friends, needed emergency supply, and much else.

There is an American Veteran of Iraq, who nearly committed suicide.  Something kept him from driving off that cliff, thank Christ.  I think that enough prayers and this Net of Light can save Veterans and others from committing suicide.  Again, you do not have to subscribe to any given religious tradition.  Any form of God as you Understand God, which helps improve your life and enrich that of others, is good.  God is female as well as male, in my experience.

Two days ago I was awakened in the early morning hours with this message: “Call your tribe.” I am not an indigenous person so the word ‘tribe’ coming at me like this is a bit startling. However, working with the Great Council of the Grandmothers who have come to return the earth to balance, and working with the teaching and helping spirits of the upper and lower world have taught me to sit loose in the saddle and let myself go where I am being guided.

It was Wolf, the great teacher, who was speaking. “Call your tribe,” he said again.”Call them and tell them the time is NOW! They are needed!” he emphasized. ” More people are needed to do the work of holding the Net of Light at this time,” he said. “Tell them to call on the Net of Light and take their place on it. Ask them to then hold it and cast the Net further and further. Wherever there is suffering on earth and where there are people who long to serve, but don’t know how-cast the Net of Light,” he said. “Tell everyone you know,” he said, “and write an article calling people to the Net of Light.” When the spirits speak to me like this, I listen.

The Net of Light is called by different names. Web of Light, Grid of Light, Indra’s Net, Net of Life and Net of Light are a few. They all, however, refer to the same thing. The Great Council of the Grandmothers say, “This is the Net of Light that will hold the earth during the times of change that are now upon you.” (”A Call to Power: the Grandmothers Speak” by Sharon McErlane)

A few weeks ago the Grandmothers said, “In addition to casting the Net of Light wherever there is suffering on the earth, begin now to also cast to people who are disturbed by the rise of negativity on earth and want to help in some way. Many of them have no spiritual path to follow,” they said. ” They cannot relate to organized religion and they have not found a way that speaks to their heart. We ask you to cast the Net of Light to them now,” they said, “so the Net can take them to their path.” When Wolf woke me in the middle of the night he was basically repeating what the Grandmothers had said, except that his message was much more urgent, (”Tell them that the time is NOW!”)

It is my experience that the Grandmothers and the helping spirits do not mess around and they ask that now we not mess around either. They are asking for our help. You can think of the Net as a lighted fishnet that covers the earth, holds it from above, from below and at the same time penetrates the body of the planet as well as the body of everything that lives here on earth. The Net is lit by the jewel of the heart of each person who holds it; it is held in selfless service.

The Grandmothers urge us to “Go forward now and take your place on the Net of Light. Somewhere where two strands come together is a place that will feel just right for you. Walk forward now and take your place. Hold this place on the Net and let the Net hold you. You hold and you are held in light,” they say.

At this point there are thousands of people working with the Net of Light through the Grandmothers network as well as seventy Grandmothers groups focused on spreading their message in different countries of the world. The Grandmothers say, “From this place on the Net of Light, cast now to those who do not know that they too are held in light. Cast to those who are suffering and also to those who wish to help with this work but who have not had a way to access the healing, love of the Net of Light. We ask you to do this for yourself,” they say, “and for everything that lives. And as you work with the Net of Light,” they add, “you will become a walking blessing upon the earth.

I use Google AdSense ads, which are free to the webmaster/mistress, in order to generate money from this blog.  I am working on other way to make money off this blog.  Please know that I DO NOT support Sen. McCain’s campaign for President.  I’m a proud Berkeley Liberal.  I support BARACK OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT.

I do not get to decide the content for the Google Ads here!  The idea is that every click generates me money.  Google is a very nice company.  I love their search engine.  They have many cool tools.  Everything on Google is free, except for Google AdWords, as far as I can see.  Some ads are visual banners, but I signed up for plain text ads.

Google AdWords is based on words you find in the website in which you paste the ad code.  Oh, well, maybe the old codger McCain will do me some good….. if some Republican lands here and clicks on the banner for McCain, ha ha….

I believe I will keep extensive discussion of politics out of this.  We Americans are being spied on.  I will say that I want this stupid war to end.  I feel great concern for the direction in which this country is headed.  I think the way out  is to HOLD LOVE AND JOY IN YOUR HEART…… and do this DAILY…..

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,” says the Bible.  There is much good in the Christian religion.  It’s the sexual guilt, the anti-woman, anti-gay, anti-Pagan component that bugs me about Christianity as we know it today.  I choose to “take what I like and leave the rest” regarding the religion I was raised in.  I consider Unity Center of Walnut Creek to be my “old church”.  I have many friends there, still, who remember me.  Thank God they are praying for me.  I need it.

I think that Pluto’s moving into Capricorn is the astrological event that foreshadows the End of the American Economy As We Know It. In other words, we could see money completely vanish, and we may eventually stop driving cars and using gasoline. We could see Community Gardens springing up in cities and towns, big and small. Just to feed all of us. These plants will be Guaranteed Organic and GMO-free!

What feeds the war on Iraq and other countries? Money! Shitloads of it. As long as Congress keeps feeding the War on Iraq with money, it will likely continue, at least until everybody gets sick and tired of fighting, says, “Fuck this–I’m going home to see my friends and family, tend my garden, make love, and do art plus music!” Why do we fight this war? My guess? Oil. Our rapacious addiction to gas. Cars, credit cards, cocaine all start with a “c”.

I think that there will always be an Exchange System. We could go back to Bartering. We could see the Return of the Erotic Goddess Temples of healing. All those broken war veterans will need to be patched up. I think it’s going to be scientifically proven–every orgasm re-wires the brain! And I wonder, do our orgasms influence the formation of stars, galaxies, and places in nature?

Meanwhile, we hear news of more Solar Flares. I think the Sun is talking to us! Perhaps the Sun (which has a Mind, just like Earth, the other planets, and the Galaxy itself) is saying, “Thank you for celebrating Spring Equinox with that Mass Meditation! I thought I’d send you all a Love-Letter. OH, was that a good orgasm. Sorry about knocking out your satellites and electric power!”

The Divine Feminine is returning. This is the Galactic Orgasm energy that is being blasted at us straight from Galactic Center. The planets in our solar system and the Sun and Moon, all act as Lenses, or Foci of Cosmic Energy. Venus runs the Love, Sex, and Beauty plus Culture and Arts energy, while Mercury runs the Communications, Letters, and Travel or Transportation energy. Pluto is in charge of Death, Destruction, and Transformation. Also, Pluto is a very wealthy and sexy God of the Underworld! Mars is in charge of the Divine Masculine, “get up and go”, athletic, red-blood-muscle energy. At his worst, Mars is war and violence. At his best, Mars is married to Venus and is Sacred Male energy. Remember, Mars was Venus’ favorite lover in the Greek Myths!

I think Mother Nature is sick of this stupid war. I think we all are. I’m glad to see more and more of us, awakening to The Truth, and showing up to do Mass Meditations on certain days. Do any other Lightworkers besides myself notice that these Mass Meditations usually correspond to Solstices, Equinoxes, Full and New Moons, and/or dates with Numerological Significance?

Are you one of those people who always sees “11:11″ on the digital clock? Do you see other numeric sequences, such as 22:22… or even 11:11:11?

Last night, the power went out in my Mt. Shasta, CA, home, and I saw 0:0:0 flash before my 3rd eye. I find that going without meat or fasting altogether, greatly increases my visionary receptive abilities. My old friend, Simone, called these, “flashes”. These are images I receive from “out there”, which definitely did NOT originate in MY mind. I’m sure I give out many images produced in my mind, to other receptive minds out there, human, animal, plant, or nature spirit.

I feel like a producer and pubisher of movies. Movies of love, joy, bliss…. and yes, my thoughts do affect the world. As do all my emotions. And yes, even my orgasms! I am responsible for all the thoughts I think. A Course In Miracles says, “There are no neutral thoughts.”

So…. those who stay Centered in Love and Joy, instead of buying into all the fear, violence, and general hysteria, are the ones who will survive the next 20 years. I wish that EVERYBODY would choose the Love and the Light. Apparently, not everybody has! But “fence-sitters” will either have to decide for Love or for Fear. Or else get knocked off the fence, perhaps with a pole stuck up their ass! (Ouch!)

Communities who come together and help each other, will be the New Trend. I see much of that up here. The people up here are so caring. We aren’t any holier than the city people; we just make choices, individually and collectively, to take care of each other as well as ourselves.

Is it any wonder, that I was drawn away from the SF Bay Area and to Siskiyou County? Granted, it’s much colder and snowier up here. There are very few if any homeless up here, for that reason. My heart goes out to the homeless and other struggling people I left 300 miles South of here. This is a very hard place to reach, even if you did drive a car. Public transit is almost nil at this time. Perhaps we shall change that! There’s one Amtrak stop in the entire county. And two Greyhound stops that I know of. All those stop in the dead of the night.

This place has the purest water in all of California, if not America. That says something! I am a Cancer Sun sign. That is Cardinal Feminine Water. This place attracts a lot of Entrepreneurs. This place has a lot of caring people. I find it much easier and faster to manifest things and people up here. Maybe it’s the air at 3500 feet and above….

The purpose of this blog is for me to publish those writings on-line which I am comfortable sharing with the General Public.  One criteria:  I must be comfortable sharing these words with anybody that I encounter face-to-face in Siskiyou County, my new home. And also family members, plus other “real life” friends.

A little background:  I am a Native Californian, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Although I recently moved here at the request of God, as of December 2007, I consider my real home town to be Berkeley, CA.  I am proud of my origins, despite what some other people think and say about Berkeley.  Berkeley is the sort of town that some people laugh at, right before the rest of the country takes up Berkeley’s ideas!  Thus, Berkeley gets The Last Laugh.

I am a writer, artist, daily meditator, and shaman.  At age 19, I had a “nervous breakdown”.  I ended up in a mental hospital, and forced onto psychiatric medications for about 2 decades of my life, overall.  But I’ve since come to the conclusion that I am not crazy, but a visionary genius, and a very compassionate, intelligent, caring, and sweet person.  My mind is very multi-dimensional and creative.  I have the talent of prophetic, vivid, and lucid dreaming.  All in all, I’ve developed many handy talents.

My biggest interests are helping to bring World Peace, and also Sacred Sexuality, plus Rock ‘N’ Roll music and erotic fantasies about Rock Stars and other really sexy people!  I also have very vivid past-life memories of being a saint, an erotic love goddess, a priestess of Avalon, and the wife, mistress, daughter, lover, and muse-healer of many, many prominent men of history.  Kings, Gods, Heroes, Lovers, and a few Scoundrels. 

Anyway, I might as well take Steve Pavlina’s advice, and write this blog as if I were speaking to a very large audience consisting of intelligent, curious adults.  Which I trust all of you are.  Not everybody necessarily wishes to hear the steamy details of my sexual fantasies and words on sexuality in all its joyous consenting adult aspects, but I can safely say that sexuality is a MAJOR interest of mine.  I can’t imagine a world without it!

Finally, I wish to use my sexual energy ecstasy as a tool to bring World Peace.  I truly wish to see an end to all the war and violence against people.  I have a very large vision of Paradise Earth, and I am helping to bring that about!
