Wolf Cry–Build the Net of Light!!

May 20th, 2008

Below is the reprint of a very important article that caught my eye today.  I saw this in Lady Isis’ “Circle of Light” ezine.  May I, Linda, add that I believe it is this Net of Light that called me to move up to Mt. Shasta, and I believe it is this Net of Light that helps me encounter those people, events, and things that are mutually beneficial to all of us.

Please, I recommend that everybody who reads this, imagine a net of light, with all hearts as jewels shining where the threads intersect.  Cast threads to every continent:  Africa, the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, and everywhere else.  Many people have no religious tradition, do not pray or meditate, and are just Confused and Don’t Know What To Do.

I am convinced this can save lives.  I am convinced this can save people from committing suicide.  This may be the basis for World Wide Telepathy, or even Teleportation.  At any rate, this Net of Light is a great way for ALL who wish to find just the Friends, Money, Information, and Strength or Wisdom that they need.

You need not believe in God.  Your use of this Net of Light and your daily Meditation time will lead you to a much better life.  I believe this Net of Light can lead alcoholics to AA, drug addicts to recovery or Narcotics Anonymous, and can fulfill countless other functions as well.

My name is Linda Smith.  I wrote the above words.  I have a feeling my words, as well as the ones below, can lead MANY away from suicide, addiction, despair, and a sense of hopelessness, and to true friends, needed emergency supply, and much else.

There is an American Veteran of Iraq, who nearly committed suicide.  Something kept him from driving off that cliff, thank Christ.  I think that enough prayers and this Net of Light can save Veterans and others from committing suicide.  Again, you do not have to subscribe to any given religious tradition.  Any form of God as you Understand God, which helps improve your life and enrich that of others, is good.  God is female as well as male, in my experience.

Wolf Cry
========

Two days ago I was awakened in the early morning hours with this message: “Call your tribe.” I am not an indigenous person so the word ‘tribe’ coming at me like this is a bit startling. However, working with the Great Council of the Grandmothers who have come to return the earth to balance, and working with the teaching and helping spirits of the upper and lower world have taught me to sit loose in the saddle and let myself go where I am being guided.

It was Wolf, the great teacher, who was speaking. “Call your tribe,” he said again.”Call them and tell them the time is NOW! They are needed!” he emphasized. ” More people are needed to do the work of holding the Net of Light at this time,” he said. “Tell them to call on the Net of Light and take their place on it. Ask them to then hold it and cast the Net further and further. Wherever there is suffering on earth and where there are people who long to serve, but don’t know how-cast the Net of Light,” he said. “Tell everyone you know,” he said, “and write an article calling people to the Net of Light.” When the spirits speak to me like this, I listen.

The Net of Light is called by different names. Web of Light, Grid of Light, Indra’s Net, Net of Life and Net of Light are a few. They all, however, refer to the same thing. The Great Council of the Grandmothers say, “This is the Net of Light that will hold the earth during the times of change that are now upon you.” (”A Call to Power: the Grandmothers Speak” by Sharon McErlane)

A few weeks ago the Grandmothers said, “In addition to casting the Net of Light wherever there is suffering on the earth, begin now to also cast to people who are disturbed by the rise of negativity on earth and want to help in some way. Many of them have no spiritual path to follow,” they said. ” They cannot relate to organized religion and they have not found a way that speaks to their heart. We ask you to cast the Net of Light to them now,” they said, “so the Net can take them to their path.” When Wolf woke me in the middle of the night he was basically repeating what the Grandmothers had said, except that his message was much more urgent, (”Tell them that the time is NOW!”)

It is my experience that the Grandmothers and the helping spirits do not mess around and they ask that now we not mess around either. They are asking for our help. You can think of the Net as a lighted fishnet that covers the earth, holds it from above, from below and at the same time penetrates the body of the planet as well as the body of everything that lives here on earth. The Net is lit by the jewel of the heart of each person who holds it; it is held in selfless service.

The Grandmothers urge us to “Go forward now and take your place on the Net of Light. Somewhere where two strands come together is a place that will feel just right for you. Walk forward now and take your place. Hold this place on the Net and let the Net hold you. You hold and you are held in light,” they say.

At this point there are thousands of people working with the Net of Light through the Grandmothers network as well as seventy Grandmothers groups focused on spreading their message in different countries of the world. The Grandmothers say, “From this place on the Net of Light, cast now to those who do not know that they too are held in light. Cast to those who are suffering and also to those who wish to help with this work but who have not had a way to access the healing, love of the Net of Light. We ask you to do this for yourself,” they say, “and for everything that lives. And as you work with the Net of Light,” they add, “you will become a walking blessing upon the earth.

“We bless you.

Both the Grandmothers’ website: www.grandmothersspe ak.com, and ‘A Call to Power: the Grandmothers Speak’ give a more detailed explanation of the Net of Light.

We have been asked to get this message to as many people as possible, so if you have suggestions as to where we might post this (magazines, newsletters, etc.), please get back to me. Also please forward to people who would resonate with this urgent message.

I salute the beauty/power within you,
Sharon McErlane

Disclaimer: I Do NOT Endorse Sen. McCain for President….. how did that ad get here?

May 19th, 2008

Aaaaaacccckkkkkk!!!!

I use Google AdSense ads, which are free to the webmaster/mistress, in order to generate money from this blog.  I am working on other way to make money off this blog.  Please know that I DO NOT support Sen. McCain’s campaign for President.  I’m a proud Berkeley Liberal.  I support BARACK OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT.

I do not get to decide the content for the Google Ads here!  The idea is that every click generates me money.  Google is a very nice company.  I love their search engine.  They have many cool tools.  Everything on Google is free, except for Google AdWords, as far as I can see.  Some ads are visual banners, but I signed up for plain text ads.

Google AdWords is based on words you find in the website in which you paste the ad code.  Oh, well, maybe the old codger McCain will do me some good….. if some Republican lands here and clicks on the banner for McCain, ha ha….

I believe I will keep extensive discussion of politics out of this.  We Americans are being spied on.  I will say that I want this stupid war to end.  I feel great concern for the direction in which this country is headed.  I think the way out  is to HOLD LOVE AND JOY IN YOUR HEART…… and do this DAILY…..

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,” says the Bible.  There is much good in the Christian religion.  It’s the sexual guilt, the anti-woman, anti-gay, anti-Pagan component that bugs me about Christianity as we know it today.  I choose to “take what I like and leave the rest” regarding the religion I was raised in.  I consider Unity Center of Walnut Creek to be my “old church”.  I have many friends there, still, who remember me.  Thank God they are praying for me.  I need it.

Cars That Run On Solar Power Alone….. REVOLUTION!! Wave of the future…. link below….

http://www.sierraclub.org/wecandoit/home/electric_cars.asp

My God! I predict these guys will be SWAMPED with email’s asking where can I get one of these? How do these things work? God bless you… this is the WAVE of the FUTURE….

If nothing else, $4 per gal gas will make enough Americans and others DISGUSTED with these STUPID, cut throat gas prices….. and everybody can go SOLAR when driving!

Come on…. more people would love to give up these dirty, outdated, fuel-burning vehicles…. you might as well throw all your money out of your wallet at the gas station and toss out your credit cards for good measure…. geez……

OR GET ONE OF THESE THINGS…..

OK. Prize goes towards the 21st Century Henry/Henrietta Ford who can manufacture a lot of these Solar Powered Cars, at an AFFORDABLE price, but with good materials and pay the workers well…. (yep that’s asking a lot, but consider the alternative…. scarey….)

Advice on Preventing Hunger

May 10th, 2008

1.    Eat vegetarian. Meat animals consume lots of grains that could go to feed people. 2. Give up “junk food” and empty calories. Eat “real” food…. fresh fruits, vegetables, brown rice, yogurt, tofu. 3. Garden! Grow some of your food. 4. Ask for more Organic Farmer’s Markets of locally grown foods. 5. Learn to cook simple, fresh, delicious food. Whole wheat or corn pizza with fresh veggies and cheese instead of commercial take-out pizza. 6. Drink more fresh water. What you put into your mouth GREATLY influences your health. What comes out of your mouth, the words you use, influence your health and your world, for better or worse. Words create reality. 7. Collect some cookbooks, use them, and use other cultures to inspire your cooking. Indian Food is tasty, and much of that is Vegetarian. Asian foods, European cuisine, raw foods, yum! 8. Hyper-active kids and prisoners and others can grow food and stay out of jail or detention.

WHITE SUGAR IS A DRUG. If you don’t believe me, watch a bunch of kids after they’ve consumed too much Halloween or Easter candy. They turn into little brats or wild animals. Or worse. Do you think there’s a connection between consuming white flour, white sugar, and diabetes? Substitute dried fruit for sugary treats for anybody with a chronic sweet tooth. Brown bag your own lunch. Save money. Save calories. I wonder if there are so many obese Americans due to lack of exercise and too much goddam junk food, McDonalds, white sugar, white flour crap? Believe me, eating FRESH, WHOLE, ORGANIC foods will give you ENERGY. Detoxing from empty, sugary foods is a bear. But once you get used to a good diet, you will CRAVE VEGETABLES and not empty junk. Many people use Food As Anesthesia. I have fallen for that one, myself. Try Overeaters Anonymous. They use the same 12 Steps as AA. It really works, if you work it. Use Google or the phonebook to find them!

Both of these pieces were first published in SFGate.com’s comments section, in response to a piece on the current World Hunger Crisis….

Review of Glenn Hughes’ “Music For the Divine” album… click at right to buy this and I get paid $$!

May 9th, 2008

Happy announcement!  I am working with Amazon.com, and I am selling some of my favorite books, CDs, and DVDs from Amazon.com.

Thus, I’ve picked Glenn Hughe’s recent CD, “Music For the Divine”.  I own it.  And I know I have personally inspired several songs on it, most notably “This House”.

About 2 years ago, in my home in Berkeley, CA, I was sleeping in late, as usual.  I fell into a dream.  I heard these guitar riffs going through my mind.  And then these words.  The music kept going through my dreaming mind-body.  My spirit flew into this big L.A. mansion.  I remembered in particular these stairs, on top of which Glenn Hughes was photographed a short time perhaps, before recording this song.

If you look at his video in which Glenn  Hughes and his drummer, Chad Smith (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers) explain the origin of that song, Glenn says, “The house gave us this song.”  The house being Chad Smith’s Hollywood residence, I believe, which was the home of Cary Grant.  Or some other Hollywood luminary.

I woke up, grabbed my 12-string acoustic guitar, and tried to play the song in my mind as best I could.  I also tried writing down some of those words.

Glenn Hughes has a very clear tenor voice.  He is best known for his “funk” music.  He did work briefly with Deep Purple in the 1970s.  At that time, he was very addicted to drugs and alcohol.  But somehow, I traveled backwards in time more than once, to help Glenn boot drugs and alcohol out of his system.  This guy has been “clean and sober” for many years, and he’s glad of it.  I won’t reveal his exact method of maintaining freedom from drug and alcohol abuse, except to say Glenn H. is “a friend of Bill W.”  Those who are into the “12 Steps” will know what I mean.

I had a dream this morning, in which I was in Mrs. Bohon’s Spanish class.  Way back in Junior High, in the late 70s or very early 80s.  I was at that magick age of 15 or so.  And I flew out of the classroom to do a “soul retrieval”.  I flew up above the earth, and asked for “the Higher Self of Glenn Hughes” to please show up.  He did so.  I saw many very large, frozen glaciers.  A very bleak, desolate place.  And a big, ugly burnt brown mountain range.  I asked Glenn’s soul to please come back, I asked for him to quit the hard drugs as well as booze.  I advised him to eat LOTS of lettuce to cleanse his liver, which was in a highly toxic state.  He followed through.  The lettuce cleaned out his bowels VERY fast, let us say…. a good sign.

I didn’t know that cocaine can freeze the liver.  Glenn swears that was his last cigarette.  Which explains the ugly burnt-brown mountain range.  I had another dream, where I entered a room filled with demonic voices, got Glenn out of there, flew out, slammed the door shut.  Gee, that must have been the heroin.  Heroin attracts demons to heroin addicts.  Cocaine freezes the liver.  The liver is the detoxer/purifier of the body.

What’s so special about Glenn Hughes, you may ask?  Aside from the fact he and I are Rama and Sita incarnated, and he was Jesus’ best friend (he beat up the bullies on Jesus’ behalf when Jesus refused to strike back), he is the King of Arcturus reincarnated.  The planet Arcturus, which is in the Bootes star system, is the highest-dimensional carrier of energies into this Galaxy.  Certain Star Systems anchor lines of energy from the stars to Earth.  The Planet Sirius anchors the 6th dimension.  I think Barack Obama is from Sirius, and I think he’s destined to be our next President.  As for Hillary Clinton, I wouldn’t trust her with my keys or my credit cards, let alone running the country.  Enough said.

Arcturus anchors maybe the 9th dimension.  The Arcturians are highly-respected extra-terrestrials.  They are the Master Healers of the universe.  Chad Smith was the brother of the King of Arcturus.  I was the King’s daughter.  So, Chad Smith was my Uncle.

I believe that Glenn Hughes was Luke Skywalker, and Bono was Obi Wan Kenobi.  I believe Star Wars really happened, a very long time ago.  Before Earth was formed.

But back to Glenn’s music.  Glenn Hughes makes music like NO ONE else.  He has a very unique style of song-writing.  It’s as if he channels it directly from Arcturus.  His rhythms, his melodies are fresh and unique.  He doesn’t imitate anybody else.  Trying to describe music is a little like trying to describe orgasm.  Glenn’s music is pleasurable universal lovemaking, the Voice of God singing through this English bass player.  Glenn’s charisma, good looks, and keen intelligence are very evident, and come through well in his music.

Glenn’s spirituality shines through.  Glenn has a great love for the Divine Feminine.  And I am that form of Goddess who most appeals to Glenn.  We meet and love in the upper dimensions.  Glenn Hughes has been either my Daddy, my husband, or a very serious lover of mine in my numerous past lives.  Always, we’ve had a sexual relationship.  Bono is another man about whom I can safely say the same!

How to describe Glenn’s music?  His love for God shines through.  It’s sunshine, rainbows, and happiness.  Even his angst is beautiful.  Glenn and Chad Smith embody the spirit of brotherhood.  Chad Smith was Hanuman, the best friend of Rama and Sita, the Divine Couple who are touted as the Ideal Hindu Marriage.  See their story in the Ramayana classic Indian literature.

Berkeley, City of Peace

April 23rd, 2008

I am proud of the fact that Berkeley, CA, is my hometown.  I’m amazed at how some organizations who are very pro-war and right-wing, have launched an all-out Demonization of Berkeley in the media.  I’ve heard the news of many, many protestors showing up at a recent Berkeley City Council meeting.

For those who don’t know, the CodePINK movement was birthed in the SF Bay Area.  I believe I’m the spiritual Mother of this movement.  It was a group sex magick ceremony–OK, an erotic performance by Frank Moore and the Cherotic Troope, way back in Spring of 2003, where I harvested the energies raised and thus helped birth CodePINK.

I’ve read some people’s comments insulting CodePINK as “mentally ill” and also calling them extremely sexist, ageist names.  Myself, I think CodePINK women are The Bravest Americans Alive On The Planet Today.  Along with me, of course, except I’m not as famous or exposed to the Media.  Which is just as well.  I see what the Limelight can do to people.

I don’t know what it is about the relative anonymity of the Internet that brings out the worst in some people.

But back to Berkeley.  I am the Guardian Angel of Berkeley, as well as California, America, and the World.  I pray for Berkeley.  I do not wish for Congress to pass an act that would deprive Berkeley of Federal Funds, all because CodePINK were and are brave enough to constantly protest the presence of a Marine Recruiting Station right there in Berkeley.  Berkeley, the anti-war, Liberal Democrate, Peace Capitol of the Universe.

The funny thing about Berkeley is, that often people laugh at it, and then the country starts to adopt its tactics and ways of approaching the world!  I was conceived in Berkeley, not very far away from where the Atom Bomb (Oppenheimer’s Toy, according to Sting the English rock star) was conceived.  People all seem to have an opinion about Berkeley.  I have friends and family there whom I left behind when God told me to move to Mt. Shasta.

I think that some of the Federal Government wish to “make an example of” Berkeley by cutting off all Federal Funding for that city, just because somebody said, “the Marines are not welcome in Berkeley!  We wish they would just go away!”  Because what if other cities across the USA were brave enough to be as vocal against the war?  And take up Berkeley’s tactics for coping with the Military’s presence and their attempts at recruiting anyone they can to fight this Stupid War?

I call the War on Iraq “the Stupid War”.  I would love to see Berkeley designated as The City of Peace.  CodePINK shares many of my best, and also worst, personality traits.  LOL…. just like a Great Big Magickal Childe…..

Orgasms always result in Magickal Children….. you know, Thought Forms that take on lives of their own.  Orgasms made by groups make Magickal Children that last MUCH LONGER.  Even though there was NO actual sex or body fluid exchange performed at this particular ritual, which was filmed!!!  :-)

Linda’s Thoughts on Success and Wealth

April 17th, 2008

Linda’s Thoughts On Success and Wealth

To me, success means getting to do the work I love and loving the work I do, and getting PAID for it.
I’ve worked for YEARS without getting any money for my work. My talent in writing is considerable. I’ve been told that many times by many different people.
I’ve lived on a “fixed-income” for years, barely scraping by moneywise, never having owned a car, or held a “real job” or finished college, gotten married, and enjoyed material success.
I am crystal-clear. I am THROUGH with poverty. I am ready to do what it takes to succeed, without compromising my personal values or ethics, or forgetting the God who gives me my wealth.
Success is a state of mind, from which all wealth proceeds. Failure is a state of mind from which all poverty proceeds.

I know, I know. Love is important, curing cancer and worshipping Buddha are important, but so is paying the bills and taking care of yourself. MONEY IS NOT EVIL. I care far more about HOW the wealthy acquire their wealth. I know that rich people all have a Prosperity Consciousness. They deliberately use the Laws of Mind to acquire wealth. They obviously pray and meditate everyday, and are very spiritual! The rich are more honest in many ways than those who muck along in poverty, lack, and failure.
It’s so easy to stay stuck, to fail and to grouch about those brave enough to ACT ON THEIR DREAMS. I am going to do far more good for God, country, myself, my loved ones, and humanity in general, being rich and doing my work in a way that serves all of life and all of humanity.

Failure is a choice. Mostly, a very unconscious, “life by default” choice. Success is a choice too! It really is no harder to succeed than to fail. In some ways, it’s easier!
Wow… those are great affirmations. I am going to use this statement, “It is easier to succeed than it is to fail. Being rich is less work than staying broke!”

If you find this offensive, that is your choice. If you find value and enlightenment in this, that is your choice. Resenting the successful and wealthy never got one person out of poverty and failure.

The knowledge of how to attain wealth through spiritual principles is out there. Try Rev. Catherine Ponder’s books. Read “The Game of Life” by Florence Scovel Shinn. Read, “Creative Visualization” by Shakti Gawain. Try Marc Allen’s books. Success is a spiritual practice–you can say the same for Sex, Beauty, Self-Care, or Meeting Sexy People You Wish to Get To Know Better (dating!!)

Envy is an opportunity to let yourself try some of the very things you envy in the ones who dare, who do, and who keep silent. Believe it or not, keeping secret about your Plans for Success is a spiritual principle. Babies do not grow outside of the uterus! That world is for after the fetus is fully formed and is ready to emerge…..

The above was taken from my response to somebody’s post on my favorite Social Networking site, edited for clarity and to protect the other’s identity….

Financial Sanity 101

April 17th, 2008

Advice that actually works because I use it….

1.    STOP USING CREDIT CARDS.  No more unsecured debt!
2.    Get a little notebook and pen, and keep track of every dollar that you spend on anything at all, as well as all income, and all the payments you make to pay down what debt you do have.  This is to gain clarity about where all the money comes from, and where it is going!  Itemize these expenses into categories such as Food, Clothing, Car Expenses, Rent or Mortgage, Pets, Health & Beauty, etc.  Note the date, amount spent, and what it’s spent on.
3.    Buy or go to the local library and read Suze Orman’s books, especially “Women and Money”.  She’s the Lady Money Guru, in my opinion.
4.    Start a Savings Account if you haven’t got one already.  Put money into it regularly.  10% of your total gross income, before taxes or other deductions, is a good ideal to strive for.  If you can’t manage that, then even putting away $50 a month EVERY MONTH is a good idea.  Logic tells us that if we spend less than we earn, then our money is going to increase, not decrease!
5.    If you’re really struggling with credit cards, debt, money, paying the bills, balancing the checkbook, or “retail therapy” (shopping as anesthesia), please try Debtors’ Anonymous.   They use the same 12 Steps as Alcoholics Anonymous, changing only the words “alcohol” and “alcoholic” to “debt” and “compulsive debtor”.
6.    Also highly recommended, “Money Drunk/Money Sober” by Julia Cameron and Mark Bryant.  I own this book, have used its program, and it’s very good!  It’s a 12-week program.
7.    If you’re aware of where the money is coming from, and where it’s going, you can find areas where you can cut back without depriving yourself of necessities or a few small luxuries.  It is important to pamper yourself with some nice, small treats-buy fresh flowers for yourself, go see a movie, treat yourself to a basket of fresh blueberries each week, or get a nice, used paperback book or CD.  It’s VERY important to not feel “deprivation.”
8.    Some relevant URLs,  http://www.debtorsanonymous.org   http://www.suzeorman.com
9.    Please balance your checkbook.  If your math skills are questionable, buy a good calculator and carry it with you and your checkbook.  Open every bill that comes in the mail, take a deep breath, pray to God for the willingness and ability to pay it.  You must pay your rent or mortgage, or find a cheaper place, or some other creative way to reduce that expense if you are really hard-up.  You must pay all your utility bills.  Try having an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE to the people nice enough to pipe electricity, water, cable TV, or phone and Internet service to you!
10.      Restaurants can be expensive and the food is not always organic, healthy, or fresh.  Rediscover the Joy of Cooking at home!  Go vegetarian.  Grow your own vegetables and herbs.  Beans and grains are cheap and easy to make soups and other delicious dishes with.  You can spend way too much money riding the taxi and ordering delivery food, when brown-bagging it and walking are so much better for you AND your waist-line!
11.      Find a sane way to gradually pay off all your credit card debt.   DO NOT deprive yourself of your NEEDS, such as Food, Rent, Utilities, or Clothes, or your WANTS, such as some luxuries-books, music, movies, a beauty treatment or massage or taking a nice art class at a local community college or adult school.
12.      CATEGORIES:  Artists should budget for things like Art Supplies.  Parents should budget for things like Children’s Clothes and other expenses.  Those who are Married With Children are going to have different financial priorities and time constraints than the Single and Alones.  The elderly will have different needs, desires, and thus priorities, from the young or the middle-aged.  Pet owners should budget separately for Pet Food and Supplies (include Veterinary Costs).
13.      Plan for Expenses that are Recurring but Not Monthly.  Such as Car Insurance, for those lucky enough to own and afford a car.  There are good, used cards out there.  Try Consumer Reports Used Car Buyers Guide, put out annually.  Consumer Reports puts out annual guides on Major Purchase Items, and what are the best TVs, Stereos, MP3 players, Cell Phones, etc.  They are truly objective, unlike the Advertisers of products.
14.       Learn to comparison shop for a bargain.  What features do you REALLY need or want in an mp3 player or cell phone?  What can you do without?  Smart phones cost more than the basic, dial the number and text message generic cell.  Try the 72 HOUR RULE.  Do you really NEED that new gadget or other thing you WANT so much to buy?
15.      Think about RETIREMENT.  And VACATIONS.  And EDUCATION costs, for you and/or your kids.  And of course CHRISTMAS.  I bet many banks let you open separate Savings Accounts for you to set aside funds for these things, which Lord knows can be costly-or frugal, depending on how creative you are willing to be at Saving Money Without Depriving Yourself or Loved Ones and Good Friends of the Fun Stuff….
